Feeding tubes will often become an option at some stage, to provide children and young people with Batten Disease another way to give medication, fluids and food when they battle swallowing or feeding challenges.
Feeding Tube Discussion
It's important for families to have a platform to discuss, learn and experience sharing with each other before embarking and while journeying being a tubie parent, so they can feel supported in making the choices for their situation and their child or young person.
