Meet our new family support officer, Jennifer Buchanan

Jen is an extremely experienced social worker, working within the health sector with patients with life limiting neurological conditions. She has also worked as a School Chaplain/Welfare Officer with primary school children and their families. She holds a Master of Social Work, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, a Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). Jen is a mum to three grown up children and is excited to soon become a grandmother. She is passionate about supporting families and carers through times of struggle and sadness.
